E40 LED High Bay Replacement Bulb (90° Beam Angle, 80W / 100W / 150W)

Our E40 industrial LED bulb is engineered as a plug-and-play light source replacement for conventional high bay lighting fixtures. With a tight 90° beam angle, it concentrates light downwards for high-ceiling industrial areas, avoiding light waste and delivering uniform ground illumination. It comes in three power variants: 80W, 100W and 150W, built with efficient LED chips and optimized aluminum heat sink for stable long-time operation. Recommended application sites: storage warehouses, production workshops, processing plants, logistics distribution centers and other industrial high-bay lighting zones.

1. Retrofit Replacement Suggestion

This bulb is designed to replace traditional HPS, metal halide and mercury vapor high bay lamps inside existing E40-socket high bay housings.

• 80W LED: Replaces old 150W–200W HID / HPS lamp

• 100W LED: Replaces old 250W HID / HPS lamp

• 150W LED: Replaces old 400W HID / HPS lamp

Important notes for replacement:

1. Confirm your existing fixture has an E40 screw base and compatible input voltage before fitting.

2. Remove the original ballast when possible for better energy efficiency and longer LED service life.

3. The 90° beam angle is focused for downward working plane lighting; it is not suitable for wide-area low-ceiling ambient lighting.

4. Make sure the fixture housing has proper ventilation to assist the bulb’s heat dissipation.

2. Recommended Installation Height & Matching Power

This matching table is based on standard industrial illumination requirement (general warehouse / workshop lighting, 90° beam):

• 80W Version: Recommended mounting height: 5m – 7m Fit for small warehouses, packing zones, low-height workshop bays

• 100W Version: Recommended mounting height: 7m – 9m Fit for regular production workshops, medium-sized storage areas

• 150W Version: Recommended mounting height: 9m – 12m Fit for high rack warehouses, large manufacturing plants, tall logistics bays

Tips: If your site requires higher lux on working surfaces (such as assembly lines, inspection stations), choose one higher power level or increase lamp density. For racking aisles, the 90° beam perfectly targets the aisle floor without wasting light on side walls.

3. Installation & Safety Reminders

• Cut off power supply completely before bulb replacement.

• Do not use in fully enclosed, non-ventilated sealed fixtures, which will cause overheating and shorten lifespan.

• This product is for indoor industrial use only.

• Keep away from flammable materials during operation.
